"The hotel is located on Khosan road, but it's set a bit further back off the street and our room was at the back of the hotel which was brilliant because we could actually sleep at night."

convenient location and helpful staff

useful kettle thoughtful touch

the room had a fridge and a kettle which was useful for making noodles in the evening i appreciate this detail. the hotel allowed a late check-out at 6 pm to accommodate my late flight this was very convenient. they even provided ear plugs a thoughtful touch given the lively surroundings.

the noise isolation was not good i could hear a lot of noise from the street at night it was difficult to sleep before 4am when the music quieted down.

the hotel's location is central to many attractions it is close to everything needed. it is right on the street that changes into a disco street i found this to be very convenient for exploring.

a fridge and kettle were present in the room this allowed me to prepare noodles. having these amenities enhanced my experience. i found them to be really useful after a long day.

the staff was very helpful and nice they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. i was allowed to check out late due to a delayed flight i really appreciate the flexibility.

efficient air conditioning hot water helpful staff

I found the air conditioning to be efficient. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly. Staff members were always friendly and helpful, attending to every need with a smile.

musty smell air conditioner

the hotel's location worked fine. it was near many things i wanted to see.

i was not happy about the room. it smelled funny, a musty smell was present, and it made it hard to relax. the air conditioner seemed to make the smell worse, not better and i felt a little ill.

great location currency exchange tourist center moldy room strong smell outer wall

The location is definitely a highlight. a currency exchange was very close to the place. a tourist center was also nearby. It provided assistance with bookings. a 7-eleven convenience store was also very conveniently located.

My room was located on the 4th floor. the room was moldy. Even the outer walls had mold. all textiles smelled like mold. the smell was strong, and i could not stay in the room. It made my eyes water.
